James W. Smith, Church Consultant/Mediator has been blessed to provide many services to pastors and churches throughout the State of North Carolina. The company is now expanding its services to all churches in need of our services. James W. Smith renders services whereever there is a need. The upcoming activities of Dr. Smith are as follows:

***Dr. Smith has released his book entitled, "Deal By Me" and is currently holding booksigning events in cities throughout North Carolina. His next event will be in Winston Salem, NC. Check this for dates and times.

SERVICES

James W. Smith, Church Consultant leads workshops and seminars that are centered on legal awareness issues, Missionary Baptist Church polity and church conflict resolution. He provides leadership training for auxiliaries and officers of the church. In addition to seminars, workshops and leadership training, Dr. Smith does the following:
1. Moderates church meetings
2. Mediates church disputes and conflicts
3. Assists churches with document preparations such as bylaws and 501(c)(3)
4. Prepares and/or makes available forms for use in church administration, such as employment contracts, evaluation forms, etc.
5. Counsels membership and presides over the up or down vote on conflict issues
6. Consults with Pulpit Selection Committees
